Since Friday night on launch it seems that in Franchise mode every time you advance a week you get disconnected to the main menu !
WHY ON EARTH DURING LUNCH OF A GAME WOULD YOU DO A HOT PATCH AND BREAK IT!
EA PLEASE FIX!
it seems the word patch means nothing to them
They really need to have an 24/7 active monitoring dev to see what the hell is going on with the servers. They don't have a clue, nor do they care. I hope this is the last madden they have the rights to.
Yes, and the worst part is they will not even officially make any statement that they screwed it up with the patch and are working toward a resolution, with or without an ETA. EA is just insulting all of us at this point. It is not just advancing weeks either. Literally doing anything with an online franchise gets you the server connection error and kicked to main menu over and over. If I spend a staff point, hire or fire a coach, etc.. This is the result for me personally and their are countless of other possts on here and across the internet verifying the exact same issue for other players.
EA is a sad joke at this point yet they are the ones sitting on a fat pile pile of cash and pointing while laughing at us as they do nothing and remain silent. (assumption based on this complete and utter silence after days of this). This a known issue that is happening to the vast majority of online franchise players but because we are not their cash cow they don't give 2 *. The longer we paying customers cannot play, and it is UNPLAYABLE, we are not reaping any benefit or reward (enjoyment of playing a game) from the risk we took of paying. EA PLEASE FIX THIS ASAP or at the very least CONMMUNICATE!

- BECAUSE THEY ARE INCOMPETENT, LAZY FOOLS WHO DO NOT HAVE THE COMMON SENSE OF * ANT TO QA/TEST THEIR GAMRE AND PATCHES PRIOR TO RELEASE, LET ALONE HAVE THE INTELLIGENCE TO BE PROACTIVE TO THE POSSIBLY THE MIGHT SCREW SOMETHING UP AND RESPOND ACCORDINGLY WITH PROFESSIONALISM.
