Game freezing when editing roster in menu

Just to add to this, I have discovered that specific players in the roster will always result in this crash EVERY TIME you so much as hover over them (I'm on PS4).
RT Trent Scott of the Washington Commanders is one of such players. It isn't even just a matter of scrolling past this player in the Roster Menu, but even if you select another RT from another team and then go and select Trent Scott in the Trade interface, the same exact crash occurs.
And he isn't the only player of death in Madden 24 ~ I know for a fact that there's a WR that's equally fatal to the entire game crashing ~ just haven't identified which one yet.
By the way, the hoops one has to jump through to figure out how to report a catastrophic bug to EA (It took me almost 30 minutes to finally find this) is horrendous. Your game is * broke and has been for awhile..... with no signs that you have any intention of ever * fixing it!!!!!!!!!
I've basically had to go back to playing Madden 23 with last years roster because I can't get through customizing the roster in Madden 24..... nice * cash grab you have going on here.
- @Tiger1271 Everything you said is exactly the same as I discovered and it’s funny you say you went back to madden 23 lol I had to go back to madden 22 last night bc I never purchased 23. But it’s sad we have to go back to years previous games bc this one isn’t working and nothing is being done about it.
- @Andrewengel6 Was Madden 22 ever fixed? It had the franchise glitch and coaching glitch that made it unplayable?
- @Grandpappy_B Mine never had this issue on madden 22 but it just feels different going back and playing it again last night after been already adjusted to 24 since it came out.
- @Tiger1271 can not change anything on Vikings Roster. I saw someone had issue with Powell. I had the same freezing issue when I tried to change his jersey #. Can not adjust depth chart of Vikings to reflect Jefferson being out either. Had problem with Reaves on Wash who is out for season.
Yea it sucks man I can't even play 24. I like my vikings roster a certain way and I can't change it. They are the only team I use. I just got an update file and it still crashes why is ea not fixing this. It's making me regret buying the game. I need a fix is there any ideas???
I have an Xbox one and a series X and this is happening on both my consoles. I play as the 49ers and everytime I try to edit Pryor the game freezes. It’s complete * you throw down 70 bucks for a game and you can’t play it. That’s EA for ya
