My h2h rank dropped from 180 to 210000 after just one lost how is this possible how is this possible I'm not the only highly ranked player that's happened too

how many ranking points do you have? thats how the ranking system works, going from 180 to 21000 is outrageous though, maybe its a glitch and you only dropped to 210?
All my ranking points dropped after one lost dropped me down ro 3543
