Ihad/Have this problem as well for about 3 weeks. I did remove ea play on my acct then allowed it again and bam I could play. Played 2 full games. Next time I turned xbox on it went back to 404 error code. Can't unlink again til February. EA is aware of this and I'm sure it's an easy fix. They just want us to buy the new madden and spend all the $ we spent on 2024 to line their pockets. I will not buy another EA game unless this is fixed. I've owned numerous eafootball ncaa and madden and numerous hockey games. Starting on the genesis and moving up on consoles now the series x. Please take care of your customers.

that’s absolute BS. Considering the length of time this has been for some people I feel like this should be treated more urgently. We all paid a lot of money for this content. I had an absolutely stacked ultimate team on here. Had every single LTD that I paid good money for. That’s why I’m not letting it go. I’ll be lurking in this forum until they get it fixed. Legit dude, had Franco Harris, Keon Coleman, Anquan Boldin, Whitney Merciless, Joe Montana, Ronnie Lott, Jeffrey Simmons, Javon Kearse, Jahmyr Gibbs, Jonathan Brooks, Shaun Alexander, L.T., Micah Parsons, Joey Bosa, Otto Graham, all of the redzone royal corners, legit everything. The expense in content is what is making me consider just filing for arbitration. This could be very well viewed as banning us from their servers. We have every right within their terms of service to file for arbitration

that’s exactly what they want us to do is buy the new one and purchase a lot of money which I am not going to do. Let me know if you get a hold of anybody. I’ll do the same thanks and good luck.

Totally agree that’s exactly what they want us to do. I’ll keep you posted. Still trying to get a hold of customer service and I’ll keep you informed. Please do the same. Let me know what the deal is, but I am about to boycott EA sport because what they’re doing here is VERY  wrong
