I get an error when going to play online against a friend? Please help

When I go to play Madden 24 online for PS4 against a friend I get an error that says ( ERROR Our servers cannot process your request at this time. Please try again later. ) Am I the only one with this problem? If not what can I do? Please help

Hey @t35eym6rojep

When you have a moment can we try the following?

Clear the systems cache (Close the game completely > Turn off the console > Wait 30-60 seconds > Restart and Relaunch)

Verify you signed into your PSN account

Check for console updates

Restore Licence

Try the steps in our Connection and Advance Connection Guides

Open your PS4 NAT Type

Change DNS settings (You can use the public google DNS primary: 8.8.8.8, secondary: 8.8.4.4, unless there is a different DNS you would rather use)

Entering Safe Mode and Rebuild your PS database

can you help to but im on pc. i have the exact same problem we i try to lock in my team
