Kid’s account can’t get into Ultimate Team mode
My kid is trying to play Ultimate Team mode on Xbox Series X using his gamertag. When he goes into ultimate team mode, it always shows him the Headliners Welcome Pack. He opens it, tries to move through to the actual Ultimate Team mode, but it keeps looping back to the Headliners Welcome Pack. If we switch over to my gamertag, I can get right into Ultimate Team mode with no issues.
I assume this has something to do with him being another account on the Xbox when the game was purchased with my account.
How do I give him the access he needs to play all the game modes?

for EA accounts there are underage restrictions in place that are following local child protection laws.
Depending on what your current location is, the age limit for accessing EA Online content will change.You can find the age requirements here: https://help.ea.com/en/help/account/online-access-for-child-accounts/#agerequirements
If your child is below the required age, I believe that could be the reason that he is unable to access the Ultimate Team mode, while you're able to use it without issues.
