Madden 24 “redeemed” on EA.com/redeem can’t find on Xbox series S

Question

I bought madden 24 deluxe edition Xbox series s/x on Amazon where I was given a code to redeem. Everything seemed to work at first I even got the screen the said “redeemed” but when I checked my Xbox couldn’t find game. Figured it would show up after a few so I waited, when that didn’t work I tried to do everything the help guide said and no luck. Tried changing regions like someone did for FC 24 on pc and that didn’t work either, how could I fix this? Edit-Could this just be a Microsoft issue?

Hi @Tmath,Codes for console games can't be redeemed on ea.com/redeem&nbsp;(check near the bottom of the page). Only PC EA app/Origin for Mac codes will work via that website. If you have bought a code for Madden for the Xbox, you need to redeem the code via your Xbox/Microsoft account. Hope this helps.
