I am looking for help or answers on as to why when I want to download community created files for legend rosters or new draft classes, I am constantly loading without ever getting to the menu for the downloads. (XBOX Series X)
Currently still experiencing this issue as well after their recent title update. Would think this issue would’ve been fixed by now. Not sure what has to get done for EA to address this issue but it’s the most frustrating I’ve been playing Madden since I started playing the game
What I dont get is other people are just buying the game and having 0 issues
And I watch Community Files grow Daily
Lol they really just going to pretend there isn’t an issue

Hey Guys
So after a month or so dicking around and getting frustrated I tried something this morning and it worked
So i logged into my old PSN Account and logged into EA Servers and it worked with No issues
Im going to go back and sign out of EA account and log back in and see if that works on new profile

Just get a loading at bottom right corner of screen and NEVER loads
Again been over a month

It has been all community files for me for over a month. I have tried uninstalling game, deleting local data, and all the other fixes I could find. Nothing works. It simply never loads any files and shows “please wait” in the bottom right hand corner.

I noticed it with the draft class community files in franchise mode but it does it with all the community files.
