Madden 24 ERROR: Our servers cannot process your request at the time

Whenever I try to access Ultimate Team on Madden 24 I am greeted with a screen that says.


ERROR : Our servers cannot process your request at the time. Please try again later

, This isn’t every time I try to enter Ultimate Team but it is a large majority of the time. Either it won’t let me in and I’ll have to do something else for a while or it eventually lets me in and kicks me out later. My internet works fine on other games, I can play other games, and the PSN network is working as it always is. As it stands now, 80-90% of the time I cannot play Ultimate Team which is the main reason I purchased this game.

There is no photo of the error as it said the file is too large

    Hi @Spytech101 

    Thanks for letting us know what you are running into, can we try the following?

    Spoiler
    • Clear the systems cache (Close the game completely > Turn off the console > Wait 30-60 seconds > Restart and Relaunch)
    • Verify you signed into your PSN account
    • Check for updates 
    • Restore Licence
    • Try the steps in our Connection and Advance Connection Guides 
    • Open your PS5 NAT Type
    • Change DNS settings (You can use the public google DNS primary: 8.8.8.8, secondary: 8.8.4.4, unless there is a different DNS you would rather use)  
    • Entering Safe Mode and Rebuild your PS database
  • I have done everything here shy of turning my PlayStation into Safe Mode. I don’t see why I should have to go into safe mode and reinstall every game just for Madden to maybe work. Every other game works fine and it’s only madden and this constant error that won’t allow me to play.

    The rest of the game works fine, I can play online H2H, I can play online franchises, yet I cannot enter Ultimate Team 90% of the time. I do not believe this is a PlayStation issue

  • Me too pal. We will get no where here nor on EA Help... We have to sit and suffer. I go at least a month of this every two to three. You international?

    To confirm this message can pop up for various reasons. I wanted to confirm today if you are still unable to access MUT.

  • I have already contacted support about this issue 3 or so times. I’ve had this issue for at least for a few months at this point.

  • I have also contacted EA Help multiple times. No help. I was able to access yesterday for one game and then got kicked again and haven't been able to access again. 

  • I have had the same problem and have turned in many tickets to EA and have yet to get an answer. Until last night when I blue screened and got this message. 

    KMODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED

    What Failed: eaanticheat.sys. 

    I now turned in at least my 12th ticket and am still awaiting a response. 

    It appears that the same issues are happening to Madden 25 as well. EA has become a cash grab and don`t care business. Nothing like they were in the past. I have been dealing with them since the original release of Command & Conquer. I have owned all of the Madden PC games except for 2023. This is the first time I have ever encountered issues like this and have not been able to get support from a headlining company.
