Madden 24 Error WV-33910-6 "Cannot communicate using SSL"

I’m getting an error code, WV-33910-6 every time I start up the game with a message saying “Cannot communicate using SSL. How do I fix this?

Ever since the update on 1/29/24. I have been unable to connect saying SSL error

I have tried all the restarts clearing cache ect with no change.  It wants me to reset my console in safe mode .  Any other suggestions  or do I need a refund when I lose all my games ect I've downloaded

Hey my ps5 not letting me play madden 24 & still going through the verification on my ps5 had this ps5 my 1 or 2 months, this the only game that's going through this now this white screen keeps coming up & saying error! Need help please !

Hey Everyone,

If you are still running into issues accessing Madden 24 or getting an SSL error message try the following:

Make sure your Platform and EA accounts are linked:

1. Go to https://www.ea.com/
2. Once Signed in go to Account Settings > Connections and
3. Follow the on-screen instructions to link your accounts
4. Completely close and relaunch Madden 24 

If you continue running into this issue let us know the following:

• EA ID:
• Which platform do you play on?
• What is the exact error your getting?
• When do you get the error? (launching Madden, access a specific mode, etc)

I am still getting this error whenever I try to open Madden24 on my PS4. My EA ID is KingSiafa. My screen reads

“ERROR: 0x00000023

SSLError: 0x00000000

SSL connect error”

Rebooted my system and my router multiple times and it worked!
