Madden 24 Franchise can’t join or search any new leagues

Hello,

After the latest update, I can no longer search for online Connected Franchise leagues or search for invites.  The page simply will not load.  I receive the "l please wait" in the bottom right corner with the X/O scrolling but the page never loads.  To this point I have tried the following:

- ununstalled and reinstalled the game (Madden 24 XS)

- cleared cache

- deleted saved game data 

- signed into a different Xbox and attempted to search with no success 

- soft reseted my Xbox One Series X 

My xbox gamertag is: Plan B Dubb

Hi i eas in 3 frichasrs but when someone invited me to 4th it shows invites  in msg but when i try to join or sherch for invites its stuk on pls wait screen

@64zacz0jptc2  I appreciate it but I'm not going to do that.  Whiile I understand it is a profile issue, I am not going to make a new profile just to join one league on Madden because EA is having this issue. 

Make a new EA account?

I hope I can get help because I've exhausted MOST troubleshooting steps from MAC address to uninstalling and reinstall. 

I am trying to connect to a cloud franchise but it stays on "Please Wait XO" screen and I can not exit without going to Xbox X home menu. Also, when commissioner send an invite I can not accept it. Same screen issues but I can back out of this screen. 

That's the same thing mine is doing. I have Uninstalled and reinstalled it. I cleared the cache. I've restarted my internet thinking it might be it but my brother has better internet than I do and he's having the same issue. I'm not sure where to go from here.
