Any time I try to play Madden 24 on PC to load into any game it freezes or I maybe get to kick off and then it freezes and I physically cannot play this game. This is an issue that many people have been dealing with and I have tried any issue that mods on here have suggested and my PC specs are fine so im hoping someone at EA can see this and get a patch roled out very quickly or I will refund this game

I can go into menus, do all that stuff etc. HOWEVER, every time i try loading into a mut challenge, MUT draft, practice, normal just single player offline, my game will just freeze on the loading screen, and not move. The audio cuts out, and the application runs as long as it wants on that scren until I manually close it from tast manager. I have tried SOOO many trouble shooting options. Clean booting, setting priority high, playing on potatoe graphics, turning off antivirus, restarting PC, REinstalling the game (3 times) and nothing works. I have also done all possible updates on my drivers and windows. Have also ran as admin, turned off overlays etc. I paid 120 bucks for a game so i can play early. and ACTUALLY play MUT, but it doesnt even work. Ive spent 108 minutes on the game and 0 of that has been actual gameplay smh. I am on windows 10 and A PC using EA play to launch the game, but i got it through steam How often does the bug occur? Hi @holymuffin96 When you have a moment can you try adjusting in-game settings and setting an FPS cap? If this continues can we also try the following? Repair/Verify your game based on which client you are launching from EA App - Repair (My Collection > Tile Dots > Repair) EGS - Repair (Library > Tile dots > Manage > Verify) Steam - Verify in your library EA App's Cache (Top Left Menu > Help > App Recovery) Connection and Advance Connection Guides Check for other applications that may be limiting EA App or Game performance Run the System File Checker tool then Check for Windows and GPU updates Check Drivers, Default to High-Performance GPU: Troubleshooting Graphics issues Restart your device in Clean Boot mode, then just try running the client and game Thanks!

Same bro Same.. and they cant say its the hardware because im also way above the recommended system requirements. it freezes sometimes when loading, sometimes in the main menu but mostly it freezes right before i try to take the first snap. i havent played a single down of madden 24 yet lol its so bad. no other games do this so there really is no valid excess and i bought the deluxe version in order to play the game early.. after all these supposed hrs of gameplay i havent played a single snap. pitiful. if they dont fix this by tomorrow then im going to have to give it the lowest review possible because thats what it deserves.

@EA_Barry Do you guys ever plan on fixing this or what?

Same with me. Ive tried almost everything I can think of. Game is unplayable and such a frusteration

I knew that pre-ordering this Madden on PC was going to be a bad decision. The system I have is well within the recommended range and even with this. The game will freeze randomly and I'll have to force close it. I've basically threw the setting on potato quality and it still freezes.

Everytime I try to play Madden 24 my game crashes, im on PC and have no idea how to fix it

I play on pc and use the ea app. Literally the only game that does this i play ea pga. f1 and other games off ea and never happens this the only game that does this EVERY year. cannot play online cuz game just freezes for a second then unfreezes. makes it unplayable and its gettin ridiculous. I try to have hope that maybe next year itll be fixed but never is. cant even get past the trying the new pass mechanics without it freezing for a second.

Impossible to play it on PC, it's so, so, so laggy. Impossible.
