I am having the exact same issue and going through EA help is getting ridiculous at this point. They just copy and paste information that you can find on your own from their website. This seemed to happen after the most recent update.
This has happened to me after ordering the nfl + edition. All my progress coins and cards from my ea play trial are gone. Please help
