Madden 25 Deluxe pre order rewards missing

They say do this and that and it still doesn't work to contact someone BS how I can't even get things I grinded and payed for

This does not work. It just takes me to a random AI chat bot and nothing gets resolved. I didnt pay 100 bucks for the extra content to then not receive it. This whole system is infuriating. No option to talk to a real person, horrible service.

So we paid extra, just to get robbed? Directing to a link/chatbot that doesn’t actually resolve the issue doesn’t get me my preorder rewards nor my $40 extra paid back in my possession. Really?
