Thats disappointing.... I got EA Play Pro on PC but a mixture of performance and a painful auction house had me check if this was still an issue. With the split of teams and economies between One and the series consoles it makes old-gen even more unviable to play on. Really disappointing that this has been addressed since THE VERY FIRST NEXT-GEN MADDEN.... This issue isnt a "console degradation overtime" as I had this issue on a brand new Series-X... At this point I'm just insane assuming this would get fixed, best of luck EA thanks for the years unless a crossplatform marketplace comes to PC this will probably be my last one. And all of your "fixes" never work recommending them is just insulting, no other game crashes on my console just yours.
I’m pretty sure the bug occurs from the graphics settings on series x as series s doesn’t have the option hence the less crashing on the s compared to the x just wish the communication would stop being a “internet/console blaming issue” and blame the development team for not notifying the issue and fixing it

EA your code is where the logo tries to load the game or mode it spins 1 time and freezes for 10 to 15 seconds before crashing you back to Xbox dashboard. The loading into the mode/game is where you need to start your investigation for the bad code/bugs 🐛 for the Xbox series x digital version.
Yes when I go into a game in any mode I get to almost the midway point before halftime. I snap the ball and mid play it stutters the audio from the announcers stutter it freezes then goes to dashboard it’s a game issue has nothing to do with the console. I tried playing on my brothers series s and it’s doing just fine, but on the series X which I payed hard earned money for it doesn’t work. @EA_Illium
- @JDL62902 Same here , my son has series s he plays with no problem !! I don’t understand why it’s so hard for EA to fix it or even acknowledge the problem !!!

I am having the same issue where when I am playing mut squads or head to head. I will be in the middle of a game and it then freezes closes the app and sends me back to the home screen. This is the only game I have this issue with and it has been happening over the past few years. If you could please look into it, I would greatly appreciate it.

- @JDL62902 Can confirm it’s crashing on series S terribly. Best I’ve done is 3 plays in a game. 9/10 times it crashes as soon as I select a game mode
