Same , No mode is working with the Xbox series X Version.
All The Game Menus work great but as soon as you try and launch into any mode which launches the game it just freezes crashes and sends you back to the Xbox dashboard ... The Pick your passing style was my first interaction with the freeze after I tried

Again EA the game allows you to do everything up to the launch of the mode such as picking teams , difficulty , time etc but as soon as you try and actually launch into the mode The Loading Symbol Spins 1 time freezes and dashboards you back to the Xbox dashboard after 10 seconds.
The Previous Gen version is working fine but also had a different loading logo location and screen look.
So the first place you need to look at the code to patch/fix EA is when any mode starts up taking you into the game that loading screen is where the bug 🐛 is at.
EA I can take a video clip of the crash just tell me where to send but literally it happens in every mode I have tried and is exactly when the loading screen tries to launch once you try to enter any game/mode.
If they haven’t fixed this same issue in the last two Maddens I highly doubt they fix it now
