Summarize your bug It’s an issue that has been in the game since last year (Madden 23)… I or my friends try to play a game in MUT, Franchise, H2H and @ any point in the game it will stutter freeze and then send us to the Xbox dashboard. I have done all the steps provided by EA support, Xbox Support, even other sources and not a single one has a fix for it. It is on the development team to get a patch for this because if this is gonna continue a lot of people will not play this game because it is a game issue for the whole Madden community… PLSSSSS REPORT THIS TO THE DEVELOPMENT TEAM WE ARE TRYING TO ACTUALLY GIVE THIS MADDEN ITS FINAL SHOT FOR REDEMPTION.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? It only happens during a game on any mode so I have no idea
What happens when the bug occurs? Stutters, Freezes Mid action of a play, Crashes to Xbox Dashboard

Same Crashes In Every Mode At the loading screen when you try to enter the Mode For The Xbox Series X Version
- Pick your passing type (crashes)
-Practice (Crashes)
-Play Now (Crashes)
All the settings menus work fine but once you try to enter the mode , the loading logo in the bottom left spins 1 time and freezes for 10 to 15 seconds before the game crashes you back to the Xbox dashboard.
The bug is is located in the code which launches you into any of the modes.
The Previous Gen version works fine and loads but the loading screen is different and in a different location than the xbox series x,
So Developers you need to look at the loading screen when entering the mode/game where the logo spins that's where the bug/code is at.
This is for the Xbox Series X Digital Deluxe Digital Download Version.
This has been happening for me too with all EA games. I got a refund on madden then I decided to try fixing it. I reset my Xbox to factory settings and downloaded the old madden and fifa. It seems to have done the trick. I downloaded madden again before I left for work today. Will post again if it worked. I was able to play a few games of fifa without any interruptions.
- @WGDesigns does the same on PC for me. They have no solutions, its something in the way the code is optimized or lack there of to get the program out.
