hey im still crashing had madden 24 for two days now. and start freezing during game play. haven't been able to play. I follow all the steps to figure out what it could be. and my pc is up to date. driver is good. and still wouldn't play. no type of game. just freezes. when im on the field.
Only thing you can do is go to help.ea.com (look it up on Google to make sure you have the right website). Sign in, click on madden nfl 24, click see all help topics, choose I need help loading my game and then click the chat with us option. Give the EA rep your account email so they can make sure the patch reaches you when we get one and to help better track what's going on. The more accounts they have complaining the more they will want to fix it and the easier it would be for them to track the main problem. We're essentially having issues staying connected to one of or a group of EA servers

I honestly thought this would’ve been fixed. Happened to me last year and I thought that if I both made a new ea account and bought the NEW game, it would finally work. Nope

Please share any steps you've tried to far to resolve the issue: Full shutdown, reboot of console. Closed game, reopened. Reinstalled.

Ea please help I'm trying to enjoy I game I like and I can't play.......dunno why I spend money on a deluxe version is I can't play it
