@xBriingax I get it. We needed to make sure these were done after maintenance that was we give provide that information to the team so we don't go back and forth with steps we had not yet tried since the update was pushed.
Hey Shep.
Most of my free time since early access release trying to isolate and fix this issue. I finally have a data set and notes to make a conclusion. I have carried out all possible troubleshooting except changing Xboxes. That being said, me and 3 friends purchased our series X during Black Friday or the launch year. All at the same time. I am the only one with this issue.
The Crash:
Occurs regardless of game mode. SPECIFICALLY when in-game, the camera between plays zooms in tight on the players involved in the play.
Repeatable Examples:
1. Midway through 1st quarter of H2H, usually play 9. Play ends-> Cameras Change-> Crash
The crash occurs the exact moment the play selection interface would normally load.
2. The 2nd Play of any Franchise game.
This one is almost so consistent I’m convinced it must be a coding or overflow error. The crash occurs the exact same way as example 1.
The difference on this example, is that it is ALWAYS the second play of the game. (Post kick-off.)
Both examples the game freezes on the zoomed in tight shot of the players involved in the play. Regardless of what they are doing.
The crash does not occur UNLESS the camera angle occurs directly before the play selection interface.
Training camp drills can be completed for hours with no issue. Practice mode in franchise can be run for hours as smooth as glass. So it must be something to do with the rendering between plays before the interface. Crash is consistent regardless of frame rate, resolution, or graphics mode.
hope this helps!
