Missing Madden Points

I ordered 12,000 Madden points and for some reason i Still have yet to receive my points. Im kind of in a rush to get them as the Platinum bundle will be out of the store soon.

Missing points can take up to 24 hours to process through to your account- if you've still not received your points after a full 24 hours, you'll need to report this to the live support team so they can look over your proof of purchase and account details to see what's happened.

It's been over 24 hours. I clicked the link to try to chat with someone or to report it and the EA Help site is just not helpful, doesn't allow me to do so. Is there anyway I can get your assistance.
We're not able to help with missing content over the forums since we don't have access to your account details here on AHQ. On the help site, you'll select Madden as the product, then select Missing Content-> I'm looking for something I bought. This will take you to the current available contact options.
I’ve contacted EA, and I keep getting the same story. I bought the points from GameStop correct. I’ve called them and they stated code I got was valid. I’ve called Microsoft and they say the code was redeemed properly. Both are saying the issue falls with EA. And EA keeps telling me to contact GameStop. I’ve attached an screenshot of the email sent to me.
like this is getting crazy, why won’t EA give me the points. I’ve sent proof of purchase and proof of it being redeemed.
I redeemed a code for 12,000 points for MADDEN 24 and i got the points for Xbox 1 but I did not get the points for Xbox Series X which is what I play on. How can I get that fixed?
Im in the same situation right now. NO HELP from EA at all. I get auto responses whenever i write to them and i cant seem to continue a ongoing case...
It has also been over 24 hours. Im just stuck in the process. My code is valid and the activation went well. I activated the code while i was on the trial version of Madden 24.
This seems to be a general problem? Maybe the EA foruim employees can solve this puzzle.
Is that what happens? so it redeems the points on the wrong version of the game?
