I went in and bought $25 of premium currency to start of my MUT team bought the team Draft starter pack and didn’t get the pack because when I clicked buy the servers “ couldn’t process my actions” and now my currency is gone but I didn’t get a pack

Any solution? Just had the same exact thing happen to me too.
Why is this being listed as solved? EA has not solved this issue for me and keeps trying to close my case on the support website. I have spent a ton on MUT in the past, but they are very close to me never playing another Madden because of how poorly they are handling my customer service request.
My case for this keeps being listed as fixed despite no communication in return at any point from EA and my currency and items both still missing. This is pretty pathetic customer service.
