No Audio when i load into Madden 24

No audio when i load into madden, this just started like 2 days ago, and i looked up ways to fix it which include

1) Restarting the application

2) Restarting my PC

3) updating windows

4) going into sound mixer to turn up madden ( This was actually at 0 and i noticed a lot of people in the community had this problem and it ended up fixing some people and not others)

And after all these troubleshooting methods I am still stuck with no audio I am sure this is a simple fix i am probably just missing something. Would love to hear from anyone about this subject

Hi @xAqua0 Thanks for the information, When you have a moment can we try the following steps?

Check for audio device driver updates.

Check Windows settings or any connected device is not lowering the game volume.

Try using a separate headset

Repair/Verify your game based on which client you are launching from

EA App - Repair (My Collection > Tile Dots > Repair)

EGS - Repair (Library > Tile dots > Manage > Verify)

Steam - Verify in your library

EA App's Cache (Top Left Menu > Help > App Recovery)

Connection and Advance Connection Guides

Check for other applications that may be limiting EA App or Game performance

Run the System File Checker tool then Check for Windows and GPU updates

Check Drivers, Default to High-Performance GPU: Troubleshooting Graphics issues

Restart your device in Clean Boot mode, then just try running the client and game

Are you getting an error message?

What type of audio device do you use?

Which modes does this happen in?

Does this happen when loading into a specific more or performing an action in a mode?

Does this happen to any other account on the device?

How long are you playing until this happens?

Are you playing from the device's internal storage or an external drive?

What type of network are you using? (Wired, Wireless, Hotspot)

Is anything else happening?

Please share any steps you've tried to far to resolve the issue:

If possible, share a Screenshot or Clip...

If on PC, please share a DxDiag and an EA app Error ID

We can use this information, to help make the team aware of the issue and to further investigate.

What type of audio device do you use? I use a Headset ( astros )
Which modes does this happen in? When i load into the game there is no sound

The Steps i took were :
1) Restart the application
2) Restart my PC
3) Made sure drivers were up-to-date
4) Made sure input and output were right
5) Updated my Windows

Hello this is still a problem. I just deleted and reinstalled the game and this seems to fix nothing with my audio. I know its only been a few days but is there no fix to this solution? My audio works on every other game perfectly fine and i know this is a game problem not a user problem. I would be very grateful for any type of suggestions please and thank you!!!

@xAqua0 I’m still having all these problems I’ve tried everything and all my other games work perfectly fine no issues but when I load EA and play madden I can’t hear anything??can we get a real solution

Got the exact same problem, but this appears out of nothing, it worked the last 2 Days, now it's totally muted.
It was set to 0% in Windows Sounds at first,i changed it back to 100% - nothing happened.
Updated Windows
Updated AMD Chipset Driver
made SFC Scannow
Nothing helps, any more solutions?

This worked for me.
So Everyone who got this problem, you have to deactivate every single audio device in windows, besides the main one...

I found it helpful to go to system<sound<and click on every output you don’t use and press ”don’t allow” and keep the one your using allowed. Hope this helped
