Not receiving coin rewards per game during MUT h2h seasons

Still not getting coin rewards after todays maintenance. 

When a player concedes or they disconnect from the game, I am not receiving win coins. This has been going on for a while.

• Is anything else happening? Coins are not rewarded after h2h game 
• Please share any steps you've tried to far to resolve the issue: Reinstalled, cleared madden saved data, have had a ea support ticket open for over 2 weeks but no response

As seen in the video, I am returning to the menu after a player quit the game, coins stay constant at 51,043. Coins usually are rewarded after backing out of the h2h menu or after the "pending game" notification is closed.
