Pre-Order Bonus Code Not Working (PS5 - Amazon)

Question

Pre-ordered from Amazon (PS5 - Physical Standard Edition).&nbsp; The Pre-order code I received is 'invalid'.&nbsp; Amazon notes this is an issue with EA and to contact them, which im learning is next to impossible.&nbsp; How would someone get something like this resolved?

@EA_Barry I would LOVE to, but each of those links brings me into a loop of the main help page. Im not seeing any way to actually contact an 'advisor'
