Can we try the following for Xbox is you have not so far?
- Quit the game and other running apps from Quick Resume (For Series X|S consoles)
- Remove any connected device, or additional USB's from the console then restart the Xbox and check
- Check for updates
- Try the steps in our Connection and Advance Connection Guides
- Open you're Xbox NAT Type
- Change DNS settings (You can use the public google DNS primary: 8.8.8.8, secondary: 8.8.4.4, unless there is a different DNS you would rather use)
Nothing is working

Would it be possible to get more information on what you are running into?
- Platform (or client):
- EA ID (PSN ID/Gamertag):
- Are you getting an error message?
- Does this happen when loading into a specific mode or performing an action in a mode?
- Does this happen to any other account on the device?
- How long are you playing until this happens?
- Are you playing from the device's internal storage or an external drive?
- What type of network are you using? (Wired, Wireless, Hotspot)
- Is anything else happening?
- Please share any steps you've tried to far to resolve the issue:
- If possible, share a Screenshot or Clip...
- If on PC, please share a DxDiag file and an EA app Error ID Number

I tried Lauching the game from my steam account on another PC. The disconnection from EA servers doesn't seem to happen ... So it would come from my PC. Is a reset the only option i got ? If I reset my PC is it guaranteed the issue won't pop up again ?

Hi @SynGabs, That would depend on the issue that is causing the error to occur. If you've tried launching your device in a clean boot or on a new windows Admin account and it continued to happen we may be running into issue with the PC or Windows that a reset might solve.
If you do decide to go that route, please make sure to back up any important files before running it! Hello,
I have tried all the suggested solutions and I still keep losing my connection to EA Servers when playing the game. Sometimes this happens immediately, sometimes I can play 2 - 3 minutes. The internet connection is good, around 100 Mbps, and it happens both on WiFi and with cable connection. The problem is not with the ISP as another PC in our household doesn't suffer from this issue.Hoping that you can give some advice.
