Re: Madden 24 won't launch

Customer Support has been no help at all. I have just passed the refund time limit and they are not willing to escalate this to a supervisor for a refund. First they didn't mention anything of known issues, then he said it is a known issue and to be patient for the repairs to be taken. I would rather use the money towards a game that isn't going to have issues. I have never had issues with other games booting ever.
