Would it be possible to get more information on this?

 

  • Platform (or client):
  • EA ID (PSN ID/Gamertag):
  • Are you getting an error message?
  • How long are you playing until this happens?
  • What type of network are you using? (Wired, Wireless, Hotspot)
  • Is anything else happening?
  • If possible, share a Screenshot or Clip...
  • If on PC, please share a DxDiag file and an EA app Error ID Number

We can use this information, to help make the team aware of the issue and to further investigate.

    Hey @Brantlo 

    When you have a moment can we try the following?

    • Clear the systems cache (Close the game completely > Turn off the console > Wait 30-60 seconds > Restart and Relaunch)
    • Verify you signed into your PSN account
    • Check for updates 
    • Restore Licence
    • Try the steps in our Connection and Advance Connection Guides 
    • Open your PS5 NAT Type
    • Change DNS settings (You can use the public google DNS primary: 8.8.8.8, secondary: 8.8.4.4, unless there is a different DNS you would rather use)  
    • Entering Safe Mode and Rebuild your PS database
  • This is happening to me as well. In every game mode, but I play mostly CFM. It will happen sitting in main menu, trying to do training is impossible, and playing a game, I might get a drive in before I get kicked back to main menu with error messages that I will attach below.

    Yes, I am getting an error message

    At most a drive, tonight it was 3 plays. 

    Wired/Fiber Optic

    Nothing that I'm aware of, the game is just unplayable because of it. 

    I've attached the error messages that I've gotten below. Usually get the Connection Lost or Error, lost connection to EA servers. I've only gotten the other Error a couple of times. But it has happened. 

    So far, I've tried the following:

    Cleared cache and reset xbox

    checked for updates

    gone through connection and advanced connection guides

    NAT is open

    Changed DNS settings

    I've reset the modem into the house, reset the router, opened port forwarding for necessary ports for Madden 24. 

    I've called my ISP to make sure there isn't an issue there as well as checked internet connections and speeds for bottlenecks. 

    This started 5 days ago... Playing a game in CFM, game ended because of one of the errors attached. We tried playing again, the game froze up where neither of us could call a play. After 3 delay of game penalties I was kicked for excessive delay. Since that point, I have not been able to complete training or play a game without getting disconnected from the EA servers. I've tried other xboxes, I've tried other games. Even went back and played Madden 23. No issues there. Only having issues with Madden 24. I was even streaming my last "game" that lasted a few plays. The Internet isn't getting kicked off, I'm getting booted from EA servers I believe. 

    Trying to get issues accelerated here appears difficult. I've looked all over for ways to send this otherwise. Any help would be greatly appreciated so I could continue my CFM. Last Madden it was getting an entire CFM wiped, this Madden it's this. Thank you.

    I am having this same issue, as well as three of my users in my CFM league. We have tried all the troubleshooting guidelines, and still no solution.

    Hi @Brantlo, when you check your network connection in the PS5 settings, what does it show for your connection and NAT type?

    Hi @realcvaughan598, To check is your console on an insider build (where you get Xbox features early) of Xbox OS?

    If not, can you try playing on another profile on the console and checking if this continues?

  • No, I am not on any preview programs. I completed a private CFM on an alternate account this afternoon and was able to finish without issue. I got back on my regular account and was able to do training and practice without issue for the first time in 10 days. I'll try to play a game tonight to see if it continues.
