Received losses for Wins in Squads!!

Summarize your bug I was up 34 to 0 in a game when the other team all backed out. When I loaded back into the lobby myself and one of my teammates received a loss for that game. I was 1 game out from the playoffs in Legend rank and was demoted for that loss back to MVP. I should be in Legend rank playoffs and now I’m reset back to 0 and 0 at MVP rank. Please help me with this my friend and fellow Xbox user gamertag noobsaibot850 received losses while Xbox gamertag Rage Spider received a win.
How often does the bug occur? Occasionally (10% - 49%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I’m not sure how to find the bug but something is giving out random losses. I had a game last week that I had won and I get a win and a loss so 1 and 1 for my record which is basically the same issue I’m having now
What happens when the bug occurs? I receive a loss without losing a game
What do you expect to see? A win in my record not a random loss

It says the file size is too big but please help reset me back to Legend rank and I would like some compensation for being demoted and going through all of this. I’m scared to play squads games now because then it won’t reset properly. Thanks
