Secure Boot is enabled, but Madden 24 is saying it's not?

@EA_Barry any further suggestions for those that the troubleshooting steps don't work? It's been nearly a week and I still can't play the game. Have not gotten any solid answers from EA as to why or what the issue is. This is absolutely ridiculous.

J'ai essayé, ça ne fonctionne pas non plus. Que vous vouliez éradiquer les triche dans les jeux en ligne est fort louable, mais empêcher les joueurs d'accéder aux jeux n'est pas la meilleur solution. Dites vous que les jeux qui jouent a vos jeux ne sont pas tous des ingénieurs en informatique et qu'effectuer des manipulation dans un système qu'on ne connait pas peut ruiner une machine. C'est à VOUS de régler de problème, pas à nous. C'est comment si un policier mettait une amende à quelqu'un en faisant une erreur, et que c'est au contrevenant de prouver l'erreur plutôt qu'au policier de l'admettre. Faites ce pourquoi nous payons un abonnement. 

Hey everyone! After some troubleshooting i have learned what was causing this problem (for me at least). On my computer i had Game First IV installed, which is an application that came with my motherboard. It essentially tries to boost efficiency of other programs so it doesnt cause too much load on my CPU. I learned that after i exited out of this program, madden started working instantly. My best recommendation is to close every other background process that isn't apart of windows and see if you can find whats blocking yours.

This doesn't work... $69 wasted on this broken game. EA please fix 

I have the following problem. Sometimes when I try to start Madden 24, the Anti Cheat gives me an error message saying that files have been corrupted. Then when I click repair, I just wait indefinitely and nothing happens. Then I have to uninstall and reinstall the game. The problem then occurs again after about a day. Since the beginning I have had to re-download the game 4 times. That can not be

I think I also know which file is damaged/gone. namely the "Madden24.exe" --> attached is a picture!! But I don't know what to do about the fact that this file just disappears like that.
