"Servers cannot process your request" error - Sets

Hi everyone,

Are you getting a "servers cannot process your request" error when you're trying to submit a Set? Please share the information requested below!

  • Which platform are you playing on? 
  • Are you playing the Gen 4 (PS4/Xbox One) or Gen 5 (PS5, Xbox Series X|S, PC) version of the game?
  • Do you get the same error with every Set, or is it only happening with one in particular?
  • What is the name of the Set that's giving you the error? 
  • When did you start seeing this error?  
  • Do you remember making any changes to your MUT lineup before it started happening? 
  • Can you think of any other info that might be helpful? 

If you can share as much of the above information as possible, that will be helpful for us to look into what might be causing this error. Thanks!

    I'm trying to complete the 90 ovr Most feared/arcana and every time I go to add one of the 87/88s ultimate team crashes and says "error our servers cannot process your request at this time" 

    Anyone else?

    Ever since the last software update my system has been slow in the Mut menu. Once i get in a game it is fine, but if I try to navigate around the mut menu it lags and eventually logs me off. I have tried to clear memory, and reboot modems and routers and the ps4 but it never helps. it has been going on for two weeks now and it is affecting my ability to advance in the game and this is extremely frustrating as I've already invested over $300 in the game this year.

    @garstiih i am having a similar issue but it is whenever I am in the mut menu. everything lags and eventually logs me off. has been going on for two weeks since the software update and no help and it is so hard to get in contact with EA

    The EA have always been junk but this year EA bought there servers at Dollar general! I’m dealing with the same issues. Once you’re playing a comp game or challenge it’s fine. You can’t complete sets or if you can it takes 30 minutes to put in the items because it’s so slow. I invested hundreds for nothing! EA will not make it right. The madden family and the NFL need to move on from EA!

    @EA_Kent I've been fighting with this all weekend, having my xbox series s display 'Unable to complete' or whatever it says and getting kicked from mut.
    SOLUTION
    in my case, turned out I didn't have enough player cards in my collection, but I didn't realize until I tried to auction some players and got that error not enough items of this type in binder. So simply bought about 4k worth of under 1k players and was able to complete the set. What a relief to figure out what was occurring and correct it

    @EA_KentWithheld Animal Xbox S I haven't been able to load sets in over a month. Tried everything I seen on here and online to fix but nothing works.
