"Servers cannot process your request" error when entering MUT

Xbox Series X. I started getting this error yesterday and I tried deleting and reinstalling the game but that didn’t work. I don’t remember making any changes to my lineup and idk any other reasons it would do this

Can I  please get some help I  haven’t been able to play no online modes for he past 3 weeks i tweeted ea help and tried to email you guys as well, no respond. It is not on my end because i can Play all my other games but madden i get 100mbps upload  and 600 mbps download  also i would include a video showing what is happening but videos are unsupported extension types for some odd reason 

I play on ps5 digital i been getting this code for the past 3 weeks now that the only code i see if i try to use anything that connects to your servers 

I have been trying to complete sets to build my team. However doing 82-83 exchange gives me a "our servers cannot process your request at this time" message. Then it kicks me out of MUT. It's getting ridiculous to keep up with others without paying, I just want to play with better players. Why can't I use this exchange when it's an intended feature in the game.

When playing Madden 24 Franchise, on the Xbox Series X, I run into a repeated issue. When I load into a game, when I try to pick a play, the game will crash and dashboard me. I haven't tried other modes, but Franchise is what I'm actually trying to play. 

I have been unable to load into MUT for a week. Does anyone know how to fix this? The only success I have had is uninstalling and reinstalling. Which it then lets me in to mut only to kick me back out upon trying to do anything. I’m very frustrated. And have heard little to nothing from anyone. I just want to play the game I spent my money on.

• Are you playing the Gen 4 (PS4/Xbox One) or Gen 5 (PS5, Xbox Series X|S, PC) version of the game?
• When did you start seeing this error?  
• Do you remember making any changes to your MUT lineup before it started happening? 
• Can you think of any other info that might be helpful? 

I am on xbox series S, playing on gen 5 version of the game. I’ve been seeing the error for about 2 weeks. I don’t make changes to my mut squad often. The strange part is after uninstalling and reinstalling, which is the only fix I’ve found to be able to enter the game. That after midnight central time it will default back to saying the servers cannot process your request. Also I am now waiting on a server reset as due to this glitch my mut champs is stuck processing, for the second time this week.
