Hi everyone, Are you getting a "servers cannot process your request" error when you're trying to enter Madden Ultimate Team? Please share the information requested below! Which platform are you playing on? Are you playing the Gen 4 (PS4/Xbox One) or Gen 5 (PS5, Xbox Series X|S, PC) version of the game? When did you start seeing this error? Do you remember making any changes to your MUT lineup before it started happening? Can you think of any other info that might be helpful? I am on xbox series S, playing on gen 5 version of the game. I’ve been seeing the error for about 2 weeks. I don’t make changes to my mut squad often. The strange part is after uninstalling and reinstalling, which is the only fix I’ve found to be able to enter the game. That after midnight central time it will default back to saying the servers cannot process your request. Also I am now waiting on a server reset as due to this glitch my mut champs is stuck processing, for the second time this week.

I have been trying to complete sets to build my team. However doing 82-83 exchange gives me a "our servers cannot process your request at this time" message. Then it kicks me out of MUT. It's getting ridiculous to keep up with others without paying, I just want to play with better players. Why can't I use this exchange when it's an intended feature in the game.

Bought this game on PS5 yesterday, cheap thankfully. Only interested in ultimate team, all I've had for two days solid is this message when trying to enter ultimate team. I honestly can't believe this thread was started last August and this issue still persists! It's unacceptable quite frankly
In 2 days of owning this game, I've only successfully played 3 games in ultimate team! If I paid full price for this, I'd be fuming!
Only reason I bought Madden 24 this late was to see if pre-ordering Madden 25 was worth it for me. At least I know not to waste my money on that!

Since two days also for me the error is back in Germany. Logging only possible in the morning. In the afternoon or now in the evening the error occurs.
Is it not possible to play the final two weeks of the game now?! Fix your servers EA!

I play on ps4 and have been playing ultimate team for some time now and this has never happened to me before even on previous madden games and it showed up as i had just finished a challenge it kicked me out and then started saying error. Dont know why this would happen just trying to enjoy the game i spent money on

I also get this error on CFB 25.

XBox series X. Madden 25. Happened 2 weeks ago. Can play challenges but can't adjust lineup.
