This game hasn't released yet

I have EA Pro Play and the Deluxe edition.  The EA App counted down to 8pm, when I pressed play, the game shows this error

I have restarted the app

Rebooted the PC

Repaired the game

Reinstalled the EA App

Reinstalled the game

Nothing works

I have the same issue, I have EA Pro Play and the Deluxe edition.  The EA App counted down to 8pm, when I pressed play, the game shows this error

I have the same problem, It is telling me I have 10 hours remaining in my trail but says the game hasn't released yet.

My ea pro madden in the ea app still not letting me play the game it is saying the game has not been released yet and it’s been a whole day now??? No updates

HI @reybird14 Can you try to clear EA App's Cache (Top Left Menu > Help > App Recovery) and check if you can download the EA Play Pro version?  

On the 4th time chatting with support, they are aware of the the issue where it says the game has not released.   It is an issue on there side, they are working on the issue and hope to have it fixed soon.   It is pretty awful that we paid for the early release and this probably won't be fixed before the world wide launch on the 18th.

Nothing works so all we can do is wait and have our anger boil... again.

I'm unable to play even though I bought the Deluxe Edition . Said it was available yesterday and it still won't work.

Been waiting a couple to days to be able to launch and it's still saying I have to wait for release
