I was linked here by the "ea chat support" because they didn't know how to solve the problem. My twitch account and ea account both show they are linked together. When I watch a steams with "drops" they do not show up in the twitch inventory or on MUT. I would like to get the upcoming michah Parsons card. Can someone fix this? Is this even the either place to ask?

My account, I'm assuming became unlinked from my twitch. When I went into connections, it showed a username I didn't recognize, so I left it alone. An hr later, it shows the button for link, but tells me i cant link it anymore. As far as twitch goes, it showed progress, but never received twitch packs even though I got notifications. When I go into my twitch, it says I'm still connected to EA. is there a way to relink to the same account that was there before or what should I do?? Please, I'm desperate and don't want to pay a fake person in China to "try and help me"
Please help me out 2 days still no parsons yes my account is link and iv claimed my tokens but I got my twitch pack so makes no sense please help
