I’ve been showed this message while trying to enter any ea game in my XBox Series S. My brother does’nt have this problem and we connect on the same Xbox.

I'd like you to power cycle your equipment with the following steps: unplug your modem/router and console. After 2 minutes plug in the modem/router. Let them come back online completely. Then plug in your console and start it up. Let me know if that helps or not. Thanks!

I’ve done all the recommendations. I’ll get on and start a game then I’ll get booted out saying unable to connect.

Community ManagerIt's possible some new form of interference has been introduced or a setting on your router has been changed. Disconnects over wireless, especially when you're too far for a wire, is very common. Can you move close enough just to test this so we can confirm that's the issue?
If you do have to stay connected through WiFi, make sure you're using a 5g connection. It's possible you're using a 2.4g connection.
