Unable to connect to EA Servers Xbox

Im on 5G with a wireless strength of 86% shouldn’t that suffice. I’ve never had 100%

86% is really not a good connection for gaming. Wireless in general is not recommended for gaming. Something else you can try is putting your console on its own wireless channel. That can be done in the router settings. However, disconnects and lag will most likely still occur.

You may want to consider getting a powerline adaptor. Those have been a very good solution for others in the same situation. Myself included.

I had the internet people come out. I’m at 100% connection but still can’t complete a game

You should be taking your console and TV/monitor within a wire's reach of the router.  Moving the modem closer and remaining wireless is not going to resolve this.

Hey so I bought an Ethernet cable and still no luck. It’s saying can’t connect to the dhcp. No idea what that is but can you pleaseee advise. Madden is dropping this week and I can’t keep getting booting.

When you view the network settings screen on your Xbox, does it say you're using IPv4, 6 or both?

I feel like at one point I was getting both 4 and 6

Having just IPv4 is fine. Try following the steps in the article here for using alternate DNS settings.
