XBox controller is not recognized in game after launching Madden 24.

Question

After launching Madden 24 the game does not recognize my Xbox controller and only allows keyboard input to play the game.&nbsp; The controller is plugged in and recognized by by Windows 10.&nbsp; The Xbox game bar will launch after pressing the X button as expected.&nbsp; It's just in game that the controller is not recognized.&nbsp; Have tried multiple USB ports on my PC and there's no change, the controller still isn't recognized in game.&nbsp;&nbsp;

Hi&nbsp;@Strohs13&nbsp;Have you tried switching to wireless with BT or the Xbox adapter?&nbsp;

Also to check to you have any other programs, overlays, or security software that might be causing a conflict with the controller?

I connected the controller using Bluetooth as suggested instead of USB and the controller is still not recognized in game after launching Madden.&nbsp; The controller is recognized in all other games I play with no issues, it's only Madden 24 that is not recognizing it.&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;

Hi&nbsp;@Strohs13&nbsp;To confirm is it a Microsoft controller (is so which one?) or a third-party device?

Can you check for any windows updates or updates for the controller drivers?

This is happening for all pc players. We can’t play the game unless we use mouse and keyboard.&nbsp;
