In mid game, the game just feeezes and kicks to the Home Screen. What is being done to fix this? I spent boost s and such in this avatar, so having to restart a new superstar mode doesn’t seem like the solution. Please advise. Thank you.

@EA_Kent It is borderline larceny to not address the fact that Madden 25 in its entirety is, not only unplayable, but you have not provided people the content they expected to receive, all to pay you and your useless co-workers and bosses’ salaries. It’s a damn travesty that the football community has to deal with such a pathetic group of human beings to create a game that we all used to love so much. This is literally a crime. WE CANT PLAY THE * GAME.

This is so damn ridiculous. No follow up with consumers. Just ignoring us at this point. $150 for a game combo that I can’t play. Grown men getting absolutely scammed by one of the largest game creators.

It's been 15 days. Listen, I'm definitely no expert at making video games, so I understand that it's hard work.. but this has been such a shitshow of a game.
Franchise mode crashes at the end of a game when you go to quit the game you JUST played. Superstar mode is literally unplayable. Can't import draft classes in franchise still. Cant load up rosters I've downloaded. Basically the 2 game modes I play have been borderline dog doo-doo.
I didnt have high expectations, but my lord.. if I knew it was gonna be THIS BAD. I would have just skipped my purchase. Having spent over $100 after taxes on a game I cannot play for probably a whole month.. instead of something useful.. 100% Regret.. I love me some football games but this experice is really souring my desire for Madden 26.
@EA_Kent weeks of us sitting on our hands waiting for a response to an unplayable game we paid $70-150 for just to get the exact same response. Won’t ever get compensation, or even an apology, just letting us know they are investigating it with no time frame. You know the game has been out over a month, right? I don’t believe a real human being even works at EA at this point
