Full arm sleeves not equipped on players

I want to report a bug about the full arm sleeves that are not equipped on both players arms. Ever since Madden NFL 25 came out it has never been fixed. I try restarting the game and try to delete and re downloaded the game and nothing works. Please be able to fix the bug glitch.
