Question

Ever since I bought the Madden 25/College Football 25 I have had to physically sign into my ea account every single time I load the game up, because an old email i have zero access to is still linked to my ea account through my Playstation account even though I changed the email thats linked to my Playstation account.

Hi there. You need to update the email on your EA account. An advisor should be able to help with this. Please open a case by following the instructions here.

Except I can't access the old ea account because I don't have access to the old email.

I understand that. An advisor can update the email for you so long as you can verify you own the account.
