I'm so sick of this. The game is literally unplayable. I constantly get the "servers are down" error message. Nothing fixes it. Quitting game? No. Restarting Xbox? No. Power cycling Xbox? No. Uninstall and reinstall? No. Disconnect and reconnect ethernet cable? No. Disconnect cable and connect to wifi? No. Disconnect wifi and reconnect? No. This is absurd and makes the game not worth the money I paid for it.

I hear your frustration, and I totally get how aggravating it is to run into connection issues—especially after trying everything to fix it. We did have maintenance and an outage recently, so that could’ve been part of the issue. I get if its more than just earlier though.
If you're still experiencing server errors, I’d be happy to help troubleshoot and see if we can get you back in the game. Let me know what platform you’re on and any error codes you’re seeing, and we’ll go from there. I appreciate your patience! We all know turning it off and on doesn't always work, but if there are specific errors you can take an image of, I can have a look and see if there are more players having the same issue.
i’m having the same issues with my game too, i’m ALWAYS getting the same message🤬, i’m getting severally [removed] with it, completely the same feelings as you!!! they should be doing everything they can to fix this game ASAP!!!

What makes it worse for me is that this is the first Madden I've bought since...honestly couldn't tell you the last one I actually paid money for. I've tried the last few off of gamepass but they suck. I only got this because of CFB 25. For the first time in a long time I was actually kind of enjoying playing career. I'm literally 4 games in. That's it. Haven't been able to play it in weeks. These servers are always down, but CFB 25 has never done it to me.
My Sentiments Exactly. To think they cut my subscription on the 5 one day after missing a payment that I’ve been paying every 3 months but was gonna get the full year on the 14. But I just paid for one month and then this. And the servers been down since they said they were done the maintenance and everything should be working 🤦🏾♂️

The issue where players are not able to connect to UT modes has been sent to the team for review. As they are aware of the issue, we ask that you please allow time for them to look at the backend of things.
Once we get an update we will let everyone know what is happening. One step I would suggest is if you have a 2nd profile or a friend can log into the game on your platform, log in, generate a new lineup, and swap over to yours and see if it gets you in!
