Unable To Access Sets in Madden 25 Deluxe Edition

Summarize your bug Only C.J. Stroud set available which was already redeemed.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Not sure. The only possible difference between my account and my brother's was I redeemed the Stroud token when it popped up through the card. He did his through the set a bit later.
What happens when the bug occurs? No sets show except the ONE Stroud set and it shows as redeemed. For player cards in my binder that should be eligible for set redeems, the option is grayed out. Even token sets like BOOM are not accessible.
What do you expect to see? The sets so I can redeem items.

I don't know if related but it also says that my team rank is 7 instead of 77 on the Training camp FP.    I waited to see if getting past that would trigger something but even that is not tracking properly.  The CJ Stroud redeem must have counted because the Field Pass shows as 1 set completed, but I can't get the second with no other set options.
