Unable To Link To Twitch Account
My accounts can't be linked because the EA Account for [removed] was previously linked to the Twitch account for [removed]. An EA Account can only be linked to one Twitch account in its lifetime.

Community Manager@Fendyon When you get that error, it means that the accounts you want to link were already linked at one point. I am afraid we cannot change as it is working as intended. If you have not linked any accounts as you stated, you would need to reach out to support so that they can take a look at the account.
When helping with specific issues, like account changes, purchases, and missing content, we must verify that you own this account. We want to ensure we’re not compromising your account, so we can’t help with your issue currently.
You can contact our live support on our Help Site. To request a chat or open a case through email:
- Select the EA App
- Select one of the account issues like I cannot log in
- You may get a pop-up that says login and get faster help
- Select Continue without logging in
- This should give you the chat/email option
