Angelot313 If the wrong rewards were given, you have to contact support so that they can verify the wrong ones were applied. If it were a case of accidentally picking A over B, sadly, that is not a situation that we can accommodate as we don't change rewards that were applied to an account.

I have proof of me being top 100, i played a game and it pushed me back to champ three, there is my proof when the season ended also that i was top 100

There are several people who have this happen, but you aren't answering people.... Please get this corrected.... I still haven't received my Season 6 rewards and I have emailed "SUPPORT" over 15 times and now I got Van Noy instead of Patrick when I was Top 100 again!!! As gamers we really shouldn't have to take screenshots to prove anything when it's your system that keeps messing up and we aren't getting any help fixing it.

EA_ShepardSupport tells us they cannot help, they tell us to go here on the fourms, We come to the forums and are told to go back to support. Who is lying here?
