H2H Leaderboard Not Updating Rank

See, I should be 20th.

It’s crazy bro - all that time spent for nothing smh … and I’ve never quit, so not a disconnect issue 

Oh for sure not a disconnect issue. I was on a chat with them last night. The worst part is I’ve beaten half the names on the list at least. Lol

Have the same experience and my players are not upgrading please help 

Psn Onemadsmoker my rank been gone since day one whatsup with that can I have my rank restored I haven’t quit any games I buy the game for h2h only and now I can’t see my rank like cmon a man don’t ask for to much 

Online H2H Franchise won’t allow us to play user vs user games. When we attempt to play the game it doesn’t sync us and then sends a game invite to the other user. When we attempt to join the session from the invite it won’t connect us and giving an error message stating that one of the users is not on the most updated version of the game and needs to download the most updated version. However we’ve all downloaded the most recent version of Madden 25. We simmed through that week and tried again and all user vs user games had the same issue. This has been going on for 2 weeks now. Since the last update. Please fix this issue as we have been unable to play our online h2h franchise due to the games being too important to sim at this point. 

I don't receive any wins in madden 25 ranked head to head matches. Only time I may get a win is if the Opp quit the match.

I have filed 7 cases on this now. EA HELP lied at first. Saying the problem was fixed on October 11th with an update and said I should make sure I had downloaded update. I checked even though I know all updates on my PS4 update automatically. And not only did I receive an update on October 11th but no one on my friends list did either. Now I'm been told that there is no more information on the problem. So you sold a product that doesn't work properly. And that since it's been 2 months I'm  gonna assume you can't fix. i would like a full refund on the game that i spent $100 buck on and a refund on all the packs i bought. ea is turning into scam artists. by selling defective software. i'm sure i'm not the only one who would just prefer a refund at this point. ea didn't have to offer a ps4 version of madden 25 especially if they weren't going to maintain their software. by selling us this damaged game you are committing fraud. and a refund is the only option.

I play Madden 25 on Xbox One and haven’t been able to play h2h ranked at all this year. I’m just wondering if this option doesn’t exist on old gen?
