Community Managerlamborghini1217 When it comes to sets, rewards etc, that would be handled by support. They have a process in place for these issues. We will only send it to the games team if there is a mass-wide issue amongst the players not getting the rewards, accessing the set, etc. Missing content is always a support contact, not a forum concern.
I just posted a new forum, please read through that and let me know what I should do, the ea support team that I’ve spoken to sounds uneducated and I’m extremely disappointed that being an ea customer for the last 11 years leads to this.

lamborghini1217 With this specific pack, the team was made aware that players either weren't receiving it or were unable to open it. Currently, the workaround is to open packs you have or play a game that earns rewards to open. You basically need to open more packs for that one to allow you to open.
