Missing Rookie Premieres and Crossover Rewards

We don't.  EA will never make this right at this point.  People have been receiving emails with excuses as to why they will never receive the rewards.

Just curious shiow of hands who is still waiting for there Rp i thought were coming out on Thursday i get a slow roll out but its the not knowing is what is killing me the lack of forum communication is ridiculous this place is like a bar at 2:00 in the morning if your still there you got problems EA is not even a good bar tender they make us drinks that are diluted ir taste like ish but we come back for more this type of rant  in this forum has  been going on since moses wore short pants 35 year old game and its been broke from the start every year Il give it to games like GTA although i dont play those games much anymore they sure appreciate there fanbase and it shows anyways i really just wanted to see how many people actually got there Rp…..sorry for the rant

I completed 1 set in madden 24 for QB Jayden Daniel's & I still haven't received my Puka Nuca & RP Fantasy Pack. Hopefully these & my 83 Christen Waston arrive soon.

I completed all 3 sets in M24. I haven't received anything yet in M25. I contacted EA help and they said they would pass my concerns on to a developer because the content was already on the servers and the developers are the only ones with the ability to fix the issue. I'm extremely frustrated 

Damm that was like 6-8 millon i only scrapd together 2 in past years i ws able to do all RP available its weird its like CFB is messing up the madden to madden rewards bcuz originally i got 2 alumnit ea players had to wait till thiursday then received my last player needed for the set by chance  ..it feels  like now seein that everyone hasnt gotten theres im lucky in that regard also i just remembered  i havnt even gotten my XP token for 61500 xp also done in CFB now im level 29 it ruins the whole point of getting on early to grind and get early rewards to stack early chips in order to stay competitive in the game as well as market ….to be real this is just another way for EA to comtrol the market as if were taking real money outof there pickets …its either that or complete incompetence it cant be both cuz they know how to generate money 

I'm also still waiting on my Rookie Premiere cards. I have sent in an email and did the chat thing. Don't think I'm getting any help honestly.

Did anyone get there Xp boost from CFB

This is beyond frustrating, people like me spent real time, hours and hours and or money to get these items. This is unacceptable for any business to be this nonchalant about a MAJOR mess up and issue. Seems to happen every year, this should be something that is fixed before anyone leaves the office, bundles for significant amounts of money were advertised to get these items in madden 24 with the impression they would be on your account day one in madden 25, it didn't say in the bundle we would be waiting weeks on end and feel like an afterthought for spending money. EA help sends me here, here send me to EA help, there is no action done. This is simply unacceptable. Then there is also the ultimate alumnis which are the exact same thing. Someone from EA please respond because this is not right. This is not a good look and I know im not the only one having this happen. It's the majority of players and is an awful way to treat paying customers. 

Just to add: I know some if not most people have gotten them, which makes it even worse for those including me who haven't.
