Still waiting for my XP token, Ultimate alumni crossover rewards, and now Rookie Premieres.
Any idea when we get them?

here is even a screenshot of an announcement made by the madden ultimate team twitter, it says they will be a champion OVR (they are 85s), thats probably why you tried rushing them out on Friday (the day before OVR boosts to 86s) so you don't get sued. Then when half or more of the community doesn't get them it's oh well we are working on it. Completely ridiculous and calculated, if it was a priority it would be done already. I haven't gotten my card yet, and guess what it's not a champion OVR as of now. These were hundreds of dollars or days worth of time to complete, the community is asking for the bare minimum of getting what they paid for and it still can't be delivered.
- @aoley35 the point of this is to show your priorities as a company, when your are in advertise mode its making this seem like a great thing to do and get a huge head start and to spend money, then once u spent the money there is no care, delayed weeks and "released" the day before ovr boosts to be at champions OVR for a day and have half your players not even receive them. Then just say we are "rolling out" rewards. Alumni cards have been "rolling out" for weeks, just give us our stuff and make it a priority.
I'm still missing my Rookie Premiere cards, as well as my Ultimate Alumni players? I opened a case with EA Help and they said "its taking longer than usual and we'll have it to you soon," and still nothing. Lots of people already have these cards and I'm still waiting on them. I've verified I earned these rewards on the old games. Waited days and restarted multiple times. EA Help doesn't give the option to chat with someone. Is there a way to actually talk to someone about the issue or no? Spending money and time for premium content I haven't received and not being able to actually talk to a representative about missing content is extremely frustrating.
I was able to chat with them this afternoon about missing content but you won't get a different. The CSR's just say they are working on it and a resolution will be soon. Ugh...
I'm missing half of the content, I'm still missing a Rookie Premiere player... they only gave me one pack. You talk to them through chat, and they say they can't do anything because it's server-related, and we just have to wait..."
Sunday night and nothing all ive received is my alum but even that was random i got 2 at once then had to wait like two weeks for the last piece im level 29 and im still waiting on my xp boost from CUT there needs to be some sort of make right we should get one free RP at least

Well I guess I'm luckier than some. I did get 2 but I'm supposed to get 3!!!
And I still haven't gotten my Alumni.
I spent money and time on both MUT 24 and cut and EA doesn't deliver.
