New ghost of MUT is not in pack

Hey Aljo, I was affected by this issue and heard that Makerights are out but didn’t receive any. Is there a chance that all Makerights are not out? I already talked to EA reps for 2+ hours on Sunday so I would really appreciate it if I could get this issue resolved.

Have make rights been issued for this problem? I have not received any make rights for this pack advertisement not being resolved. I open a case via EA Help but this is has not been resolved

Yes. The make rights went out on 12/23.

I haven't received make rights. I opened a case and attached a screenshot. I also sent it via email. I contacted EA Help chatted with a rep and haven't received te make right @EA_Aljo 

Same I’ve had this issue since the day the packs came out I don’t know if I bought the pack to early but I still can’t get the card I want and it’s been 2 weeks. Is there anyway I can get the updated pack anytime soon?

I also never received make rights for this or several other things since this game has come out and I post on here numerous times Everytime there is issues. We just got ignored. I've learned not to expect anything a decent business or company would do out of EA. Might as well accept it yourself. Just pray another gaming company gets right to the NFL soon. So we can have a NFL gaming experience we actually deserve.
