How would i request a refund for mut points bought by my child? it was on a gift card a one time payment that we tried to cancel before processing, we could have just used my debit and the gift card was an actual gift to be.

@MoneyMitchYKTV13,I'm not sure if it's possible to un-redeem gift cards. Where did you buy those MUT points exactly?

Appreciate the response. What I meant was the card used to purchase the points was a visa gift card that was given to me and is different from the one on file which would normally be used. Just bought them in the marketplace store though&nbsp;

@MoneyMitchYKTV13,Ah, I understand. That might make things easier.When you say the marketplace store, I guess a better question would have been what platform do you play on? Is it the EA app, PlayStation, Xbox, etc.? We can only help with purchases made directly via the EA app, but if you bought it elsewhere you'll need to reach out to them for any refund requests.
